As the two-year anniversary of nationally recognized same-sex marriage approaches, more couples are planning their vows, which means more bachelor and bachelorette parties are coming down the pipeline.

Here are four destinations for the ultimate throwdown before tying the knot.

Jet Setters
Off the coast of Puerto Rico, LGBTQ wedding parties at W Retreat & Spa - Vieques Island can get the party pumping at the two-level infinity pool with an underwater sound system, bronze with cocktails to match their mood at the resort's adults-only beach, "flow and glow" in the dark with a Glo-Ga class, kayak on the Bioluminescent Bay or relax at AWAY Spa.

The resort's openly gay manager provides insider tips for LGBTQ travelers such as hidden culinary gems, hottest shows, where to go dancing and best views of the island. W Vieques also features its "14 Stories Wedding Day" package for same-sex couples to tie the knot.

Hotel Indigo Lower East Side

City Slickers
Walking distance to the NYC Pride Parade, Hotel Indigo Lower East Side boasts 360 degree unobstructed views of NYC from its graffiti-covered rooms, rooftop pool and bar, and rotating series of artworks throughout the hotel.

Situated on the 25th and 26th floors, LGBTQ wedding parties can buy out the Duplex Penthouse which spans over 2,000 square feet and features three outdoor terraces with floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can craft cocktails with a custom shaker designed to replicate a spray paint can, and meet with the Graffiti Concierge for a curated list of iconic downtown works of art.

The Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club

Night Owls
At W South Beach, this year's official host hotel for Miami Beach Pride, W Insider John Evans is known for the sourcing the most exclusive LGBTQ evening experiences from confirming VIP access to South Beach's top nightclubs to securing the most hard-to-get dining reservations.

Culinary Revelers
Bachelors and bachelorettes looking to mingle with kama'aina (Hawaii locals) should look no further than The Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club; the art-driven, Waikiki boutique hotel has become known the world over for epic DJ sessions and dance parties centered around the hotel's iconic pool, exclaiming "Wish you were here."

In addition to the poolside entertainment, culinary minded revelers can enjoy the "family feast" at James Beard award-winning chef, Ed Kenney's onsite restaurant, Mahina & Sun's and grab a nightcap (or five!) next door at Bacchus Waikiki, one of the area's top gay bars known for its relaxed vibe and festive cocktails.
