Samuel Gowdy knows what viewers are looking at in his photos. He said in one of his posts while wearing nothing but revealing white briefs:

"Depth of Field = the range of distances of the object in front of a camera lens, measured along the axis of the device throughout which the image has acceptable sharpness = [eggplant emoji]." Cue confused woman surrounded by math meme.

Actually, it adds up without the complicated linear equation. Gowdy is assuming we aren't looking at his face and solving for VPL using the Pythagorean theorem. It doesn't take a genius, although with the amount of underwear shots he posts we could be rocket scientists.

From Brisbane, or Meanjin, Australia, a place famous for its pouch creatures, Gowdy is not shy about showing off his own.
