'Saltburn' Stars Jacob Elordi and Barry Keoghan Tease Red Carpet Snog; Twitter Swoons

Gay Twitter was left with Xs for eyes when the two hunks of the upcoming erotic thriller "Saltburn" shared a loving gaze and came within a hair's breadth of a thrilling PDA at the movie's premiere in Los Angeles.

W Magazine reported that Jacob Elordi, who plays a wealthy upper-class student in the film, wore "a three piece Burberry suit" on the red carpet, while Keoghan, who plays a classmate from a lower social stratum who accepts an invitation to accompany his upper crust buddy home, wore "a leather vest and dress shoes."

"At one point in between posing for photos, Keoghan was caught staring intensely at Elordi," W narrated. "When the Australian actor noticed, he leaned in for a kiss to which Keoghan followed suit before they both pulled away and shared a laugh."

That smoldering stare and teasing near-kiss set Twitter - now called X - ablaze.

Keoghan posted a photo from the red carpet appearance on his Instagram and drew similar responses.

"Get you a man that'll look at you the way Barry Keoghan looks at Jacob Elordi 😍😉," one person commented.

That was just the latest twist in the pair's boiling bromance.

"Earlier in the day, Keoghan reposted Elordi's GQ cover shoot with 'Oh baby' and three emojis," W recounted.

"And in the spring, photos of the actors preparing for their roles in the gym also warranted a similar level of thirst from the Internet."

The eros is thrilling already, but just who is getting erotic with whom in the thriller? That's a burning unknown, but the film's director, Emerald Fennell, spoke to the project's "overwhelming carnal desire," W noted.

"I think there are some characters in this that are almost so hyper-hetero that they feel comfortable toeing the line, and then there are characters who are absolutely fluid in every conceivable way," Fennell said. "This is a film entirely about desire, and that desire takes every conceivable manifestation, and it's so important."
