Elton John 'Back Home and in Good Health' After Fall

Elton John is reportedly "back home and in good health" after suffering a fall at his French riviera manor.

As reported by The Guardian, the 76-year-old singer was treated overnight for minor injuries "at the orthopaedic department of Princess Grace hospital centre in Monaco, close to his home in Nice."

A spokesman said the hospital visit was "a precautionary measure" and John was "immediately discharged" in the morning after some tests and check-ups.

John is fresh off of his longtime Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which concluded July 8 at Stockholm's Tele2 Arena. The tour began in 2018 and was originally scheduled to conclude in 2021 but COVID put the tour on pause.

"It's time to come off the road so I can fully embrace the next important chapter of my life," John said about the tour. "I need to dedicate more time to raising my children."

Overall, John played 330 concerts and managed to headline the Glastonbury festival through it all, with a setlist stacked with his biggest hits.

Get well soon, Rocketman.
