Today on 'Megyn Kelly Today': Megyn Kelly Does Yoga

READ TIME: 3 MIN.

Today on "Megyn Kelly Today," Megyn Kelly opened up her show the same way she's been opening up her show the last few days: Dragging Harvey Weinstein. She also mentioned President Trump's lawyer who suggested Twitter users "gut" her. She instructed Twitter to "do better" when enforcing rules.

Megyn transitioned out of the ongoing Weinstein dragging session by saying, "In more important news: Should your spouse be your best friend?"

Megyn invited MNSBC reporter Craig Melvin on the show and told him she and Doug (her husband) are best friends. She also explained "experts are saying you will be happier if your spouse if your best friend."

"I'd imagine it takes a special man to put up with Megyn Kelly," Craig said.

Wow.

Megyn then mentioned it was Friday the 13th and explained that's why she's wearing all black today. She asked Craig if he has any superstitions about Friday the 13th or the number 13. He said not really. Megyn said she'd never live on the 13th floor of a building and asked the audience if they would. Most said they would.

For the second day in a row, Megyn brought up her "nana" and said she's "very superstitious - my nana instilled it in me."

After the break, Megyn was seen sitting in a fake airplane and discussed some tips about flying with former flight attendant Bobby Laurie. She was told to sit in the front of the plane so she could get first dibs on dinner. Then Bobby told Megyn about how dirty seat trays are because some people change babies on them.

"Oh, good gracious," Megyn said.

She then spoke with Darron Cardosa, a.k.a. "The Bitchy Waiter," about how to get a table at a booked restaurant. Darron also explained why music is loud in restaurants. It's to rush people out. Finally, Megyn asked what we should "really be tipping."

"At least 20 percent but if you give me more I won't complain," Darron said.

Finally, Megyn spoke with Christa Avampato, who explained tricks and tips while shopping at retail stores. Megyn said she is a hoarder in the store.

"I feel like i learned something," Megyn said.

Next up is today's human interest story: Young woman who play football.

"Football is no longer a man's sport," she said.

The segment was boring and Megyn didn't bring up brain injuries nor kneeling.

The next segment was all about yoga, an activity Megyn clearly has never done. Yoga instructor Erica Diamond did her best with easing Megyn into yoga, but it was rough.

Here are some of Megyn's quotes from the segment:

"Try something out of your comfort zone - yoga."
"Stick your butt out like that?!"
Megyn couldn't stop laughing.
"I'm about to wreck your emotional balance," she told Erica.
"If you're in New York City they'll punch you in the face for doing that."

Megyn then cut off Erica and said, "OK thank you Erica" and cut to commercial.

After the break, Megyn spoke with a 104 year-old navy veteran named Jim Downing in a segment called "Settle for More." He told Megyn the secret to a good long life is "good genes."

Next, Megyn welcomed singer Lee Ann Womack, who performed a new song. During the intro and outro to Lee Ann's performance, Lee Ann's "I Hope You Dance" played.
